Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Fur Seasons Groomers, we are dedicated to providing you and your pet with high quality service. 

Please see below our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  1. Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments.

  • No fee will be charged for cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice, and your deposit will be fully refunded.

  • No fee will be charged for rescheduling your appointments with more than 24 hours notice, and your deposit will be allocated to the new appointment.

  • The full fee will be charged for a no-show, where the groomer attends your home and no one is available.

  • Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered once the service has been completed. However, if you are dissatisfied with the result of the service, we will do whatever is reasonable to correct the issue, and will consider a partial refund in special circumstances. Please speak with us at the time of the service, or reach out to us within 48 hours so we can discuss a suitable solution with you.

  • Deposit

A deposit is required when you book your appointment. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be refunded in full. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or if you are a no-show.

  • Behavioural concerns

If your pet’s behaviour or health (e.g., aggression, stress) prevents us from completing the groom, you will be charged for the portion of the service that is completed.

We care about working with you and your pet, so if we’re unable to complete the service that you booked, we will discuss potential strategies with you for future services according to your pet’s needs and temperament.

We also understand that life happens and circumstances can change quickly. If you have any issues or concerns with attending your appointment, give us a call and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule.
